CLEVELAND -- Interstate 90 is now open in both directions after being closed to make changes to traffic patterns.

According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, I-90 is open in its entirety and all traffic is now using the new Innerbelt Bridge.

The brief closing, which was scheduled to continue until Monday if necessary, allowed crews to change to the final traffic pattern that will be used during the construction of the second Innerbelt Bridge.

The second bridge is expected to be completed in 2016.
