Johnny Manziel's agent says a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against the quarterback and seeking $25 million in damages is fake and/or frivolous.

Agent Erik Burkhardt made the comments via Twitter shortly after news of the lawsuit broke on social media.

In addition to the damages, the court document filed in federal court in Florida sought a temporary restraining order against Manziel.

The person filing the lawsuit, Samantha Schacher, claimed Manziel has been "sexually harassing" her since Valentine's Day 2013 when Manziel was the quarterback for Texas A&M.

The Browns drafted Manziel with the 22nd overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.
