CLYDE, Ohio -- The man charged in a Thanksgiving night high-speed fatal crash was in court Monday morning where a judge set his bond at $1 million.

Andrew D. Gans of Kent is accused of driving more than 125 mph when his car struck a minivan, killing a Toledo couple.

His next court date is set for Dec. 17 at 3:30 p.m.

All three westbound lanes of the Turnpike were closed near mile marker 89 for several hours after the crash, which took place around 7:18 p.m.
