CLEVELAND -- A Cleveland man whose body was found facedown in the snow Saturday morning was a victim of homicide, the medical examiner ruled Monday.

Officers were called to 10409 Meech Ave. about 8:30 a.m. Saturday after a security guard arriving at Eagle Auto Parts Co. found the victim and called police.

The Cuyahoga County medical examiner's office has identified the victim as Brian Sears, 40, of Cleveland and said he died of a gunshot wound to the head.

Sears was pronounced dead at the scene.
