NORTH CANTON -- North Canton police have arrested a second person in an aggravated robbery Dec. 7 at Spee-D-Foods.

Javawn A. Moore, 21, of Canton turned himself in at the Canton Police Department Monday after learning the North Canton Police Department and Stark County Fugitive Task Force were looking for him.

He was booked into the Stark County Jail on a felony warrant for complicity to robbery.

The other suspect, Jewel D. Moore, 20, of Canton was charged in the same incident Dec. 8. He is charged with aggravated robbery, possession of criminal tools, carrying concealed weapons, using weapons while intoxicated and underage consumption.

Jewel Moore was arrested by North Canton police during a traffic stop just a few blocks from the Spee-D-Foods shortly after the robbery.

Jewel Moore was the passenger in the car, and the driver fled the scene. Further investigation determined that Javawn Moore was the driver.

Jewel and Javawn Moore are cousins, according to police.
