AKRON -- Akron police have made an arrest in the armed robbery of a man answering a Craigslist ad.

Police say the 41-year-old victim from Hubbard arranged to meet a seller to buy gold jewelry in the 400 block of East South Street on January 17. When the victim arrived, police say the seller instead pulled a gun and robbed the man of $200 and ran off.

The police investigation led to an address on Brown Street where Zachary L. Christopher, 31, was taken into custody without incident. Christopher faces charges including aggravated robbery and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police have also charged Christopher's roommate with running a meth lab at the Brown Street house. The roommate's two young children who were at the house have been taken into custody by Summit County Children's Services.
