1. Fremont Police are looking for 33-year-old Igmidio Mista. He's wanted in the shooting death of an Ohio police officer. A warrant was issued for his arrest after a shooting Sunday morning in Fremont, Ohio in Sandusky County. Police were called to the "Last Call Saloon". They say, Mista started a fight inside the bar, then opened fire. Three people were killed, including 26-year-old Officer Jose Andy Chavez, of the Elmore Police Department.
2. Sentencing is expected today for the Richfield Heights man accused of trying to murder his wife. 73-year-old Ronald Miller was found guilty of attempted murder. Police say he placed a wooden "shim" in the accelerator of his wife's car to try and prevent her from being able to stop. She crashed into a building last February, but survived.
3. Two men are set to be in court today, accused of trafficking and dealing a deadly alternative to heroin in Cleveland. Ralph Torres and Raphael Torres II, are now both facing multiple charges including involuntary manslaughter. They were dealing fentanyl, an opium-like drug that resembles morphine. Police say the drug may have caused at least one fatal overdose. The case still needs to go before a grand jury.
