1. It's tax day! And this year you won't have the luxury of making a late-night run to the post office. We checked around the area and the only post office open late, is Cleveland's main office on Orange Avenue. It's open until 9 p.m. That's because the IRS estimates 85 percent of tax returns filed today will be done electronically.

2. A federal judge, has decided to stay his decision that would require Ohio to recognize same-sex marriages performed out of state. The judge expects to hear rulings, from those before and against the decision, later today. The ruling would allow the names of both gay parents to be on a child's birth certificate and allow for benefits. But for right now, gay couples living in Ohio will not see an immediate expansion of their rights.

3. A Bath Township pharmacist was handed a fake prescription and ended up handing the customer over to police. Police say a 33-year-old Maryland woman was trying to obtain oxycodone illegally. They arrested her inside the pharmacy and charged her with felony forgery. She's being held in the Summit County Jail.
