St. Patrick's Day is Monday. Are you ready to celebrate? The 147th St. Patrick's Day Parade will step off at 1:04 p.m. Monday.

Parade Route: It begins at the intersection of Superior Avenue and East 18th Street and heads southwest down Superior to East Roadway. Then it turns northwest on East Roadway for one block before turning northeast on Rockwell Avenue.

The parade ends about two hours later at the intersection of Rockwell Avenue and East Sixth Street.

Cleveland Police ask that you not bring backpacks to the parade but they are not prohibited.

2014 parade theme: Irish Entertainers of Stage and Screen.

About 150 units will participate in the parade. The 2014 Grand Marshal is Andrew Dever, the Irish Mother of the Year is Bridie Joyce, and the parade co-chairs are John O'Brien Jr. and Mark Owens.

Tower City: Tower City Center will be closing at 2 p.m. Officials said that the shopping center -- including the food court and all shops -- will close then. Only Tower City Cinemas, Hard Rock Café, Morton's The Steakhouse, Lincoln Tap House and Houlihan's will remain open after 2 p.m., officials said.

Digging in at Slyman's on St. Patrick's Day:

After 2 p.m., limited access will be maintained to and from RTA and Tower City valet and self-parking, as well as access for Tower City office tenants and patrons of the open restaurants, Tower City Cinemas and the Ritz-Carlton and Renaissance hotels. Tower City Center will resume regular hours on Tuesday.
