SUMMIT COUNTY -- On July 18 and 19, the Summit County Sheriff's office said two structures were broken into on East Aurora Road in Twinsburg Township.
The two suspects attempted to break into a third structure, but they were unsuccessful.
Several items were stolen, including horse tack, a purse, a wallet, a .22 rifle, ammunition, and a 2011 Ford Focus.
The Summit County Sheriffs Office Patrol responded along with the Summit County Sheriffs Crime Scene Unit to process the scene.
On Monday, at approximately 12:20 a.m., the stolen Ford Focus was located with three occupants in Aurora. The three individuals were in the process of burglarizing a residence, according to the sheriff's department.
The Aurora Police Department responded and contacted the Summit County Sheriffs Office in regards to the stolen vehicle.
The Summit County Sheriffs Office conducted searches in Cleveland and Bainbridge Township.
Sheriffs Detectives subsequently recovered the property stolen from the structures in Twinsburg Township.
Patrick Keeley, 19, of Cleveland, and Tyley Hodge, 18, of Aurora were arrested and charged with breaking and entering.
They were booked into the Portage County Jail. Further charges are pending the outcome of the investigation.
