Yes, there have been many Miley Cyrus Wrecking Ball parodies but Ron Jeremy re-enacting the hit song is too amusing to miss.
People seem to think so, too. The YouTube video has 1.2 million pageviews so far.
The Jeremy video is actually no more outrageous than the original version of the song by the pop star.
The adult film star appears shirtless, has fake tears streaming down his face in close-up shots and swings from a wrecking ball.
Jeremy shows a range of emotions during the nearly four-minute video produced by a Portland, Ore. production company called TheSpotPDX. Michael Kirchoff, 41, and Amber Smith share the studio space.
Smith served as executive producer of the project. Nathan Coltrane directed the video. Smith and Coltrane own the YouTube channel SpokenRad where the video appears.
Jeremy was chosen, Kirchoff said, because he's a household name.
"For a rock-star porn star that image that people portray of him is quite the opposite. He's just a regular human being. He's just an all around good guy," Kirchoff said in an interview with USA TODAY Network.
And Kirchoff said he has recorded two upcoming original songs with Jeremy where the porn star is rapping. "This is going to be a hard act to follow," added Kirchoff, who recorded the music for the video.
Hopefully, this video ends the genre of Wrecking Ball tributes.
