FAIRVIEW PARK -- Police tell Channel 3 that a woman, 65, who was working the polling location in the basement of Farirview Park City Hall on Election Day was charged on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct after police said they found a water bottle full of vodka at her work station.
Police were called after the woman had fallen in the basement polling area.
Police said she appeared intoxicated and then they found the vodka in the water bottle, the police report reads.
A Breathalyzer test was given and it registered twice the .08 legal limit, the report detailed.
She was taken to the police station until a safe driver picked her up.
